To reduce the risk of being injured our employees do not climb on ladders higher than 4 steps to reach ceiling fans, light fixtures, etc..
GENERAL POLICIES - We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for safety issues. The workers do not discuss rates on the job. Speak with management regarding fees.
BREAKAGE & LOSS - American Maid is bonded and Insured.
PAYMENTS - We accept the following forms of payment: cash, check or money orders for our cleaning services.We only accept credit cards for gift certificates purchased online. Payment in full must be made to American Maid upon completion of the service. A $25 fee is applied to all NSF or declined checks.Initial cleanings and One Time cleanings are to be paid by cash or money order only.You are always left a receipt for your payment
REFUNDS & GUARANTEES - If you're not 100% satisfied, please call us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will re-visit your home or office at no extra charge. Due to a subjective nature of cleaning service, we do not offer refunds to customers.
ARRIVAL TIME - Due to factors beyond our control such as traffic conditions, lockouts, customer adding services, or cancellations, we require about a one (1) hour grace period relative to your appointment time.
CANCELLATION - Should you wish to cancel or skip any scheduled appointments, please notify us a minimum of two (2) business days (48 hours) prior to the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, you will be billed for 1/2 (one half) of the total amount due for that day!
SUPPLIES/PRODUCTS/EQUIPMENT- For your convenience, equipment and normal cleaning supplies are provided by American Maid. For any special products, please provide on your cleaning day. *Any damage cause by your cleaning products and/or equipment you supply is not covered by our insurance.*
FEE'S & ESTIMATES - Rates given over the phone or online are estimates and will be finalized upon the viewing of the home.
